Hello my name is Zeeshan Choudhry but you can call me Zee if you like. I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of Michigan. My approach is is your diagnosis is not as important as finding a way to help you succeed. I typically work with patients of all age 5 and up i have treated many many conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizoprenia, schizoaffective, OCD, PTSD, oppositional defiance, eating disorders, substance use disorders, personality disorders and many more.
I want my patient's to focus on the symptoms that are most bothersome to them, and ways we can alleviate those symptoms. First session we want to get some basic background information and outline ways to best help you feel better.
