I am accepting clients for focused psychotherapy alone or alongside medication management. My practice includes - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) an evidenced based, action oriented treatment for coming to a place of greater peace with thoughts and feelings, being present with what is and making shifts to cultivate what you want in life, gentle and effective adaptations of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help heal and integrate from difficulties, fears or traumas and narrative like Lifespan Integration psychotherapy to aid in both healing and in a sense of resolution in your past to move forward.
My style is warm, attuned, curious and creative. My approach is integrative and social justice informed. I come from a weight neutral framework to health and often incorporate nutrition (additive, not restrictive), joyful movement, relationship with nature, sleep support, social/community connectedness and mindfulness. LGBTQIA+, poly/kink affirming.
My work prioritizes how you understand what is going on for you, what you long for and making a plan together to get there.
