My passion lies in crisis work, seeing people in their most vulnerable state in an emergency setting. My most memorable experiences as a provider include providing psychiatric services to Afghan minors who arrived without guardians to the United States when American troops withdrew from Afghanistan in June of 2021.
I have experience working in many different fields of psychiatry, including, but not limited to outpatient psychiatry, correctional psychiatry, refugee medicine, emergency psychiatry and interventional psychiatry.
