TelePsychiatry will be available from non-local Nurse Practitioners to add to levels of privacy (you won't run into them at the grocery store). As a conservative Psychiatric Physician, Dr. M. focuses on talk therapy PLUS medication as best practice offering synergy to most patients. However; frankly some folks DON'T need medication or simply LESS of it to feel better. Lasting change and recovery often come from a treatment plan that includes biological, psychological, and social interventions.
