I provide a holistic approach to care and take a collaborative approach with you to maximize your health outcomes. I am passionate about caring for the whole person, considering each person’s individual life experiences and cultural backgrounds.
We will focus on rebalancing the emotional, physical, spiritual, and community aspects to create an individualized plan for each person. Each plan will include a combination of the following: medications management, psychotherapy, assistance with lifestyle changes, collaborating with primary care to rule out any underlying medical conditions.
I am board certified as a family nurse practitioner and mental health psychiatric nurse practitioner. I focus on improving mental health by getting to the root cause and piecing together the pieces by finding the correct diagnosis and creating a customized plan. Our goal is to empower each person to maximize their well-being to reach their ultimate good life
