Hi there! I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a focus on medication management and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I view myself as a listener, mentor, and partner in each client's recovery journey. Throughout the treatment process, I provide thorough psychoeducation, explore various treatment options, and collaborate with clients to develop a personalized, practical, and effective plan of action. I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of people, from adolescents and college students to professionals and older adults. I’ve gained experience helping individuals navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, and psychosis.
I am a certified SIPS (Structured Interview for Psychosis-Risk Syndromes) assessor through Yale PRIME Psychosis Risk Clinic. Additionally, I hold a Post-Master's Certificate in Advanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from NYU and completed my Integrated Substance Use Disorder Training Program (ISTP) from NYU Langone Health.
