I’m a Board-Certified PMHNP with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and over 20 years of clinical experience. I provide telehealth services to patients of all ages, offering diagnosis, treatment, and management of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, grief, and mood disorders. My approach combines therapy and medication management in a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard and understood.
I work with people facing adjustment disorder, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, addiction, and grief. I also help those dealing with PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, and other mental health challenges. I use non-stimulant for treatment of ADHD.
