As a psychiatrist, my job is to utilize my knowledge, skills and clinical experience to guide and facilitate this process and make it faster and more fruitful. My main expertise is medication management, however, I do provide brief therapy during the medication management session in order to help my patients understand their diagnoses, treatment options and prognoses well. I offer both in-person and virtual appointments.
I believe it is crucially important for the patients and their families to be fully informed and explained all treatment options (medication, therapy, nutritional support, exercise guidance, etc).
