I am a bilingual Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing telehealth psychiatric care across Florida in both English and Spanish. Many of the people I work with appear high-functioning on the outside—but internally feel exhausted. Their minds rarely slow down. Even in calm moments, they remain tense or mentally overloaded. Others experience low motivation, brain fog, irritability, or disconnection. My goal is to help you regain clarity, stability, and control—so you can function well without living in survival mode.

My work begins by understanding the “why”—beyond diagnosis—by looking at symptoms, life stressors, and nervous system patterns keeping you stuck. I provide personalized treatment plans that may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy for coping skills and mind-body alignment.
