I am a Yale-educated, Cornell- and Columbia-trained psychiatrist (MD) with a PhD in neuroscience, providing customized treatment based on individual needs. I believe that effective treatment requires getting to know patients as individuals.

Interest and concern are important to patient recovery and no impediment to professionalism. Most patients benefit from psychotherapy, some require medication. By providing both, I can offer well-coordinated, optimal care.
I focus on young adult, adolescent, child, and women's (PMS, fertility, pregnancy, post-partum, breast-feeding, motherhood) mental health. I've completed a child-fellowship and conducted research on hormone effects on the female brain, and am committed to staying up to date in these rapidly evolving fields.
