I specialize in psychiatric medication management services for individuals who experience anxiety, depression, grief, feelings of being overwhelmed or stuck, aren't able to experience joy or focus because of intrusive thoughts or worry. If you require the prescription of a controlled medication, an in-person visit (as required by the DEA) can be arranged. Intake is $125, Medication Management is $90/session. For one-time in-person visit: $150. I do not participate with Medicare, Medicaid, or any Federally funded insurances. This is a cash practice. Payment is due at the time of service.
I also specialize in medical weight loss utilizing GLP-1 receptor agonists Semaglutide & Tirzepatide. These self-administered daily sublingual medications coupled with diet and exercise, assist you in your weight loss journey by decreasing your appetite and giving your body time to adjust to its new normal.
