I specialize in problems of anxiety and stress (panic attacks, OCD, phobias, generalized anxiety), mood and depression, childhood behavior (ADHD, oppositionality), autism spectrum disorders, and psychosis. I believe strongly in the importance of psychotherapy as well as the balanced, evidence-based use of medications where necessary. I feel every session is a therapeutic one, and take time to understand a client's difficulties in the context of their relationships, jobs, school, and daily lives.
