Hello, I look forward to meeting you! My name is Beth and I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner In the state of Massachusetts. I specialize in ADHD, , Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, Infertility, Insomnia/Sleep Issues, Life Transitions, Loss, grief, bereavement, Men's Issues, OCD, PTSD, Relationship Issues, Sexual Health/Dysfunction, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), Stress Management and Women's Issues. I work with an amazing group of colleagues at Lavender, an online psychiatry and therapy office, where we believe psychiatric care shouldn't be expensive nor impossible to access.

I recognize how difficult it is to find someone both knowledgeable about medications used to treat mental health concerns and who is a down to earth, real person at the same time. My clients have told me that I am easy to talk to and provide good clinical insight. I provide medication management services for women 18 and over for a variety of mental health concerns including adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, ADHD/ADD, insomnia, OCD, PTSD, PMDD, perinatal mood disorders, mood disorders in menopause, compulsive over-eating, and binge eating disorder.

I have a Masters degree from university of Massachusetts, Amherst. I’m a Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a 2 + experience in a large outpatient clinic. I have worked with different age groups for medication management based on their individual needs. I can help you manage and maintain a healthy mind set based on your individual needs and goals.

I am a Harvard trained psychiatrist, with expertise in both psychotherapy and pharmacological treatment. I have been in private practice for almost 20 years, working extensively with women's mental health issues. I have helped my clients navigate emerging young adulthood, eating disorders, infertility, pregnancy and the postpartum period, and menopause. I am an integrative psychiatrist, that believes in exploring and treating the underlying physiological causes of mental illnesses, and combine nutraceuticals and complementary treatment with pharmacotherapy.

I'm a board certified psychiatrist with an MD from Brown University, fellowship training in Women's Mental Health, and a faculty member at Brown University. I aim to create a highly individualized care plan, tailored to each patient's goals and vision of care. My practice is designed to be small to allow for flexibility, accessibility and attentiveness to each of my patients. Our work together will be empathic, supportive and collaborative. I am now available to see patients in person or via telehealth in RI and virtually for those in MA.

I am an experienced board-certified psychiatrist and a graduate of the Brown University Psychiatry Residency Program. I work with patients, adults ages 18 and above. I provide help to clients living all over Massachusetts. My private practice helps undergraduate college students, graduate students, and busy working professionals who are looking to achieve success, good health, and happiness. My clients are welcomed to a warm and safe environment, where their problems are discussed with an open mind, kindness, flexibility, and no judgement.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist with an interest in reproductive psychiatry. I have completed additional training in women's mental health through a fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, and I have spent several years treating women with a variety of concerns in different clinical settings. While I am able to treat people across the adult lifespan, I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are trying to conceive, pregnant or postpartum. This can be in the form of a one-time consult to provide expert recommendations to be carried out by another treatment team or in the form of ongoing treatment with me.

I am Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified by the ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) since 2017. I received my Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health in 2016 from Northeastern University in Boston. As a Registered Nurse, the majority of my past nursing experience is with women and children. In the realm of school nursing I have served children with special needs, first at the Cotting School in Lexington, then shared between Arlington School and Pathways Academy, both of McLean Hospital, becoming full time at Arlington School of McLean.
