I am a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst serving OR and KY. My work is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy and evidence-based practices. I help clients improve regulation in mood, reduce or stop substance use, manage personal or professional transitions, or improve relationships. I integrate medical assessments into psychotherapy, and many people effectively work with me to reduce or stop psychiatric medication.
