I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience in inpatient psychiatry. As an Army veteran, I have a strong appreciation for how trauma and high-stress experiences can affect mental health. I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mood-related concerns.

I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care. Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical strategies to improve resilience and overall well-being.
