As a board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, I provide experienced and compassionate care, including medication management, talk therapy, consultations, and evaluations. I believe you will find me to be an empathic listener, committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood. I am also very much a holistic practitioner. My priority is truly getting to know you - not as a checklist of symptoms - but as the complex human being that you are. I believe that only with this depth of understanding can a practitioner truly know how to help a person heal.
I completed my residency in adult psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine and my child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Yale Child Study Center under the expert tutelage of many world-leading researchers and clinicians in areas like psychopharmacology, autism, OCD, depression, anxiety, ADHD and others.
I'm also intimately familiar - on a personal level - with what it's like to live with mental health struggles. I've supported multiple family members of mine through their anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning disorders, OCD, and autism. I believe this experience has afforded me the unusual measure of compassion that I bring to the care of my patients.
