I work primarily with women navigating life transitions, trauma, motherhood, and professional stress — especially those seeking thoughtful care beyond quick med checks. I offer in-person sessions in Houston Texas and focus on depth, not just symptom relief. I also draw from my academic background and work with healthcare providers, educators, and those in high-responsibility roles who value discretion and collaboration.
As a board-certified psychiatrist with over a decade of experience, I specialize in supporting women and professionals facing anxiety, trauma, perinatal or postpartum stress, and identity shifts. I integrate medication and talk therapy in 45–50 minute sessions, so you don’t have to choose between depth and efficiency.
Clients often come to me when they’re burned out, overwhelmed, or at a personal crossroads. They may have tried quick med visits or short-term therapy that didn’t fully address what they’re carrying. My approach is grounded, relational, and trauma-informed — with space for your story, your growth, and your goals.
