Often with mental health, there is a stigma placed within society that can greatly hinder individuals' obtaining access to mental health services and further improve their/their family's quality of life. I am here to help break that stigma and treat the person and not just a diagnosis.
I provide psychiatric evaluations (in-person/virtual) and medication management services across the lifespan. The lack of access to proper psychiatric care is one of the biggest struggles of the American public health system, and telepsychiatry has opened doors to obtaining care.
With my expertise, both working in inpatient and outpatient settings, I
observed the need for emotional and psychological support, not
only for my patients, but their families as well. My treatment approach can be
described as collaborative and multi-faceted, with a focus on patient-centered care. My goal is for every patient to feel heard and supported.
How it works: We will begin by completing a thorough psychiatric evaluation to develop a treatment plan of care based on each patient's needs/concerns and develop goals to accomplish together. We will also discuss how to alleviate symptoms, different treatment modalities to achieve the highest quality of care and functionality within society for each client.
