As a Psychiatric and Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in helping individuals who are motivated to improve their quality of life by prioritizing their mental health. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, or other mental health concerns, I work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses both your emotional and physical well-being. I am passionate about providing quality evidence-based care. In addition to medication management, my goal is to empower clients to gain insight, develop coping skills, and make positive changes in their lives. I aim to be mindful of each client's unique background and experiences, incorporating culturally relevant interventions as needed.
