As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I enjoy working with individuals to develop individualized treatment plans to both work with and reduce symptoms impeding on physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. I enjoy the process of understanding each individuals unique life story, and navigating the journey towards a more fulfilled life using pharmacological and holistic interventions. I enjoy looking at ways of which to facilitate sleep, exercise, nutrition, and engaging in individually desired activities and interests.
My specialities include ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and some eating disorders. I conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and provide evidence based treatment. My background includes working as a mental health RN since 2013 prior to obtaining my Master's degree in 2022.
