Special interests include mental illness in the setting of co-occurring medical illness, geriatric psychiatry, the spectrum of bipolarity, and borderline personality disorder. As a first-generation descendant of immigrants, I have some insight into the potential challenges of addressing mental illness in other cultural settings. I also try to provide care that affirms LGBTQIA+ identities and neurodivergence.
