Everything seems extremely challenging, frustrating and unsatisfying when we are not well. This is especially true regarding mental health struggles. Occasional sadness or situational anxiety is a natural part of living. However, when ones mental health negatively impacts behaviors, feelings and thinking, treatment might be needed to help manage symptoms. My experience and education allow me to effectively help people manage mental illness and mental health issues.
My approach is client centered, allowing goals to be a primary focus in care. It starts with identifying treatment needs and formulating an effective regimen; combining medication services and therapeutic intervention in the clinic.
