I am a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner offering comprehensive psychiatric care through Functional Medicine and Integrative Psychiatry for children, teens and adults. My approach goes beyond symptom relief. I incorporate lab testing for genetics, nutritional status, gut health, inflammation, and metabolic markers. My treatment plans blend medications as needed or desired, supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
