I care for patients across the entire lifespan, from children to older adults, and I have practiced in Arizona for more than a decade across community health, primary care, addiction medicine, and private psychiatry. That range shapes how I work: I look at the whole person rather than a symptom list, and at how sleep, physical health, family, and history sit alongside what you are feeling.
I am board certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar and mood disorders, trauma, and sleep problems. We begin with a thorough psychiatric evaluation, then build a plan around your goals, often including medication management, with regular follow-up.
You do not need to have the right words for what is wrong in order to make a first appointment. Bring what you have and we will sort through it together. I see patients in person in Mesa and by telehealth anywhere in Arizona, and I am currently accepting new clients.
