I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of clinical experience with the last four years dedicated exclusively to psychiatric care. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, and life transitions. My background in both physical and mental health allows me to consider the whole person, including medical conditions, medical interactions, sleep, hormones, and other factors that can influence emotional well being. Together, we develop practical treatment plans that support meaningful, lasting improvement.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and mood disorders in adolescents and adults. Through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management, I help patients find symptom relief, improve daily functioning, and regain a sense of balance and well-being.
