I offer integrative psychiatric care for adults and teens, blending thoughtful medication management with mind-body approaches. I treat anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and mood disorders using labs, specialty testing, and a collaborative, whole-person model—no rushed care or cookie-cutter plans.
