I am a board certified psychiatrist who provides quality care to the community. My work now is more focused on ADHD for adult and children. Majority of my patients are monthly medications management but since I re-open extra 2 hours a day therapy patients. Particularly welcome previous clients who were in therapy with me to start therapy with or without medications.

We aim to support patients' self-recovery and self-restoration, which will ultimately improve their mental and physical health. We don't believe all patients need to stay on the same dosage of psychotropic meds or stay in therapy for life. We highly recommend that patients read the books Body Keeps the Score, Internal Family System, and Age of Insight.
