I had the honor of being trained by Francine Shapiro, originator of EMDR Psychotherapy. I work with individuals across the life span with a multitude of mental health challenges such as Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Mood disorders, Bereavement and mourning, Chronic Pain, ADHD, Divorce etc.
My role is to facilitate healing and resolution of events which have impaired the individuals ability to reach their potential. I believe that individuals are more than the events/symptoms/life circumstances which have limited them. In processing the past, individuals are free to make life decisions which are appropriate for them now, and in the future.
