I work with adults navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma-related challenges.
My approach is both evidence-based and holistic. I look beyond symptoms to understand the full picture, your lifestyle, stressors, relationships, physical health, and personal goals, so that treatment feels meaningful and tailored to you. I believe mental health care is most effective when it considers the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
