I have over 20 years of extensive expertise in nursing, spanning from internal medicine to psychiatry. I believe in a holistic approach towards treatment and aims to address contributing factors leading to less-than-optimal quality of life for my patients. I find it important to explore both pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment methods, while also incorporating good physical health and lifestyle changes. I have a special interest in reducing the stigma related to mental health. I am a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Nurse practitioner. I use my passion for nursing, an uncommon skill set, and my many years of experience to treat patients in spirit, mind and body. I have a deep understanding of the needs, struggles and hopes of patients.
At Vivique Psychiatry, care is based on the premise that clients who require mental health care respond best to a combination of therapy and medication.
