I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who meets clients where they are. No two people are the same, so I personalize every treatment plan to the individual—not based on a one-size-fits-all approach. You can expect compassionate, individualized care that may include medication management, therapy, or both, along with tangible resources to support you between sessions.
I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep issues, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety. My goal is to help you feel more in control and like yourself again, in a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space.
