I bring 20 years of experience in psychiatric nursing, beginning my career as an RN in psychiatric hospitals before becoming a Nurse Practitioner. For the past 4+ years, I have provided psychiatric care as a Nurse Practitioner, offering medication management in both clinic and remote settings for a wide range of mental health concerns. I am currently accepting new clients experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, sleep difficulties, trauma and PTSD, personality disorders, and adult or adolescent ADHD. If you need an ADHD diagnostic evaluation, we will complete the ADHD evaluation in separate appointment.
Our initial appointment will last 40–60 minutes and will focus on getting to know one another. During this session, I will gather details about your mental health treatment history, complete diagnostic evaluations, and gain a deeper understanding of your current symptoms. When possible, upload the most recent mental health or doctor visit summary for review.
I offer personalized treatment to meet your specific needs and support your unique goals. I aim to empower you with knowledge by providing clear education on diagnoses, medication benefits and risks, and non-pharmaceutical treatment options along with emotional support and practical strategies to help you feel confident, supported, and able to thrive.
