I take time to understand your full story and build a personalized plan—therapy, lifestyle, and when appropriate, medication—so you can feel more grounded, clear, and aligned with who you are.
I provide integrative psychiatry for young adults, blending therapy, lifestyle (sleep, nutrition, movement), and medication when needed. I specialize in anxiety, depression, OCD and cultural identity. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to help you better understand yourself and move forward with clarity.
