Hello there, I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of nursing experience. Being familiar with depression, anxiety, insomnia, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD disorders and more. I strives to educate my patients about mental health and medications, proper drug use and interactions, adverse drug reactions, and the course and prognosis of mental illness.
My treatment approach is to support the mind and body of each individual while utilizing the most modern approaches to neuropsychiatry, psychotherapy, and medication management, including a combination of talk therapy, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, solution-focused therapy as well as CBT.
