As a psychiatrist, I provide compassionate, collaborative care to adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My approach is patient-centered and focused on creating a safe, respectful environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment. I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and other mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, psychotic disorders, and challenges related to life transitions and emotional stress.

Treatment is tailored to each person's unique needs, values, and goals, combining evidence-based care with a strong therapeutic partnership. My goal is to help patients build resilience, gain insight, and make meaningful progress toward improved well-being and quality of life.
