Established in 1991 by Dr. Amit Vijapura, we have served the Jacksonville community with quality psychiatric and addiction treatment for over 3 decades. When Dr. Sagar Vijapura, a Jacksonville-native and Harvard-trained psychiatrist, assumed leadership in 2017, he infused the practice with a new focus on integrative psychiatry - an evidence-based, balanced approach that combines the use of lowest-dose, safest, shortest-duration medications with complementary techniques such as psychotherapy, mind-body medicine, as well as nutritional and lifestyle counseling and modifications.
