I am a Board-Certified General Psychiatrist accepting new patients in PA. I approach psychiatry as a partnership grounded in curiosity, trust, and honesty. My work is guided by evidence-based practices, but it’s also deeply human. I believe treatment is most effective when it’s built collaboratively and when it accounts not only for symptoms, but also for the deeper questions people bring to the room: Who am I becoming? What truly matters to me? How do I stay grounded in a world that’s constantly accelerating?
In our work together, we’ll focus on your strengths, your story, and what wellness looks like for you. My clinical approach draws on traditional techniques, such as medications, behavioral strategies, and psychodynamic insight, as well as Eastern philosophies, such as mindfulness, presence, and non-attachment, to help cultivate clarity and inner resilience.
My style is warm, collaborative, and clear. I listen deeply and speak directly. I’m not afraid to ask difficult questions or name what patterns I observe, but always in service of growth, clarity, and healing. I want our sessions to feel both safe and useful, like somewhere you can be fully yourself, and leave with something meaningful.
