I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Ahwatukee Behavioral Health & Wellness with additional board certification as a family nurse practitioner since 2003. I have extensive experience in gestalt therapy plus additional training in behavioral modification and bioenergetics. I am passionate about helping my patients heal personally and with their relationships. Emotional pain can be difficult to articulate let alone experience and it takes courage to reach out for help. I provide professional care and caring to hear what is important to you. This is also a safe place to release and experience your feelings. Strengthening your "voice" leads to insight on how to learn and grow from the pain.
You are entitled to your pain and your feelings when you have been hurt. You don't have to try to "stop the pain" when you are in an emotional vortex. By acknowledging and experiencing the pain in a therapeutic setting , you can also experience healing.
