Does the idea of improving your mental health make you feel judged? I get it. That's where I come in. I empower people of all ages to prioritize self-care and self-love.
Self-love, especially focusing on mental health, is a journey we all need to embark on. We must stop giving from an empty cup and learn to care for our mental and physical well-being before sharing ourselves with others.

I find that my background as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a Doctoral degree in Lifestyle Medicine equips me to connect with individuals and families from various walks of life.
