From anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar, controlled schizophrenia to weight loss, workplace burnout, and emotional support; you can always find a safe space here. I focus on self care and self love as the biggest focus because if you can’t love yourself, how can you continue to fill others from an empty cup? We often forget in our busy life that we need to stop and make time for ourselves. My goal is to help every client live life to the best of their ability. I believe that medications are a tool in mental wellness not a requirement.
I am a triple-certified Family, Psychiatric, and Lifestyle Medicine nurse practitioner with 12 years of NP experience and 15 years of nursing experience. I would like to call my style eclectic.
