In the initial session we will explore what treatment modalities would help. I have found that cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which focuses on changing patterns of thinking and behavior to improve mental health has shown a lot of success with my clients. Even though therapy does help, some patients require combination of therapy, medication management, lifestyle changes and support groups.
