Hello, I’m Ashlyn Ratliff (MSN, PMHNP-BC), a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, non-judgmental care to individuals navigating mental health challenges.
My nursing journey began in 2011 and has spanned a variety of clinical settings, including long-term care, cardiac telemetry, and emergency medicine. Over time, I became increasingly aware of the challenges and stigma faced by individuals with mental illness. This experience deepened my passion for mental health and ultimately led me to pursue advanced practice in psychiatry.
As a psychiatric provider, I specialize in medication management and take a collaborative, client-centered approach to care. I work closely with each individual to identify distressing symptoms, develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, and support overall mental and emotional well-being.
My goal is to find a treatment that is both effective and well-tolerated—while helping you better understand your symptoms and feel confident in your healing journey.
