Hi. I am a board-certified mental health provider licensed in NY State. I obtained my Master’s in Psychiatry and Mental Health at D’Youville University, Buffalo, NY, and I am concluding my Doctoral program in Psychiatry at the same university. I am also a licensed medical doctor and dermatologist in Europe. I offer my patients inclusive medical knowledge and experience of psychiatric and physical health conditions necessary in the holistic management of mental disorders.
In our first session, we establish a therapeutic relationship and set goals. I would like to know what you would like to achieve and what you expect from this treatment, which will be a combination of medication treatment where it is needed and talk therapy. Then, we set up goals and start working towards them.
I believe that words have healing power, except for medications. I like to inspire my patients with the beliefs I created for myself: "Happiness is a choice, choose happiness, and happiness will choose you."
