Over the past decade, I’ve seen the mental health crisis grow, while access to specialized care has struggled to keep up. Many people turn to their general practitioners for psychiatric prescriptions, which might work for some, but not for everyone. More complex cases often need careful, step-by-step stabilization, sometimes involving multiple medications. For those dealing with frustrating side effects, genetic testing can help find the right medications that are both safe and effective.

My goal is to provide personalized care tailored to your needs. I offer psychiatric consultations and short-term medication stabilization, typically lasting 6-18 months. While brief for psychiatry, this timeframe helps us establish a solid foundation for your mental health. I also offer genetic testing and other innovative treatments at my Wellness Clinic.

As your symptoms improve, we’ll decide together on the best long-term approach. This could mean transitioning back to your primary care provider or continuing care with me. If you have a great PCP or access to concierge services, I’m happy to collaborate with them to ensure you receive the best possible outcomes.
