Appointments are conducted via secure telehealth and include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and brief supportive interventions when clinically appropriate. Ongoing psychotherapy is not the primary service offered. Care is collaborative, evidence-based, and designed to help you make steady, meaningful progress over time.
