I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with dual certification as a family nurse practitioner. I am trained and experienced in helping you manage your mental health medication needs. I enjoy cooking, baking, laughing, and working with people. I am most comfortable treating depression and anxiety. As a prescriber, I work within what is expected as a professional, but also as a human being, I want to help patients develop a plan for their care that they can live with and believe in for improvement.

I have never worked with myself, but I have cried and laughed enough with friends and patients to feel that we all can find some common ground to make reasonable, effective, plans for care.
