I am a holistic board-certified psychiatrist and therapist who specializes in helping adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ecological and spiritual distress find inner peace. I combine holistic approaches such as spirituality and creativity with traditional modalities such as psychotherapy and medications, when needed.
