Hi, I am Vanessa Underwood, PMHNP-BC. I am accepting new clients. I work in Salem, Oregon and have over 12 years of experience in mental health medication management. I provide a safe and non-judgmental setting for my clients whether they are looking to improve their ability to navigate daily tasks, maintain healthy relationships, or participate in work or school activities. My goal is to work together to help determine the most effective medication to help you achieve your goals.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner board certified. I offer telehealth and in-office appointments for Oregon residents. I see clients aged 18-65. I treat depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorders, and ADHD with medications to improve mental health symptoms.
