My specialty is individualized counseling based on the personality, needs and goals of my patients. I don't judge. I will be your biggest cheerleader to help you over whatever hurdles are in your way. Everyone wants to lead life to the fullest, and we should feel worthy of that life. All too often I hear patients say, "I don't deserve.." or "I'm not good enough." We get trapped in comparing ourselves to others and hearing past messages of discouragement.
I am a nationally certified, licensed professional counselor with two graduate degrees in counseling and over 18 years' experience. My patients tell me I am warm and engaging. I use cognitive behavioral to help patients think through their situation and options to live more positive lives. My style is very interactive, and I often give patients "homework."
