I work with a variety of individuals concerning many challenges. I treat children, teens, adults and geriatric patients. I enjoy helping individuals with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD and more. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with an MS in Nursing and MS in Counseling, I conduct advanced psychiatric interviews, do medication management and counseling. I believe in holistic treatment, a "less is more" approach to medication.
In addition, I believe there are core characteristics that help me make a difference in other's lives. I believe in humility and constant learning, psychoeducation and empowering individuals, and working with people, instead of against them. Finally, I believe in doing what is best for you as a patient, even if that means making a referral to someone else.
